2. Scope of Services

ODC Standards Certifications provides management system certifications, ISO audit services, accreditation support, and assessment solutions for micro, small, medium, and large corporations. All certification activities are conducted in accordance with internationally recognized audit standards, accredited criteria, and scheme-specific guidelines (such as ISO/IEC 17021-1).

• Certification programs include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, ISO 13485, ISO 50001, and other management system standards.
• Services offered are subject to evaluation, audit findings, and compliance with respective accreditation rules.

3. Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

Clients seeking certification or auditing services undertake to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during application, audit planning, and stage evaluations.
• Grant authorized auditors access to facilities, documentation, records, and personnel necessary for complete assessment.
• Maintain compliance with the relevant standard requirements throughout the certificate validity period.
• Refrain from misrepresenting certification scope or misusing certification marks and logos.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

All fees for application processing, stage-1 / stage-2 audits, surveillance audits, recertifications, and training are specified in official quotations or fee schedules provided by ODC Standards Certifications.

• Payments must be settled prior to audit execution or certificate issuance as per agreed terms.
• Payments processed electronically via payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) are encrypted and subject to gateway security standards.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged in accordance with Indian tax regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents on this website—including logos, graphics, copy, design, icons, and certification marks—are the intellectual property of ODC Standards Certifications or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any site content or logos without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Suspension & Revocation of Certificate

ODC Standards Certifications reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any issued certificate if the certified organization fails to maintain management system compliance, fails surveillance audits, defaults on payment obligations, or misuses certification marks.

7. Limitation of Liability

While ODC Standards Certifications strives for the highest standards of audit rigor and service delivery, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. In all events, maximum financial liability shall not exceed the total service fee actually paid by the client for the specific audit phase in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
